Counterfeiting: The production and sale of parts/components that are represented in a misleading way. They consist of parts that appear to contain exact trademarks and features that mirror (or attempt to) a genuine part, or have minute differences that the general public will not recognize.

Trademark Infringement: The unauthorized use of the company’s marks in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, deception, or mistake about the source of the goods and/or services.

Supplier Diversion: Stellantis suppliers violating the Company’s terms and conditions

Parts Theft: The theft of parts/components from Stellantis Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs), production plants, sequencers and/or facilities.
